Goodbye Hypocrite ~ let my mind pause in the culture of hypocrites’
by Nilantha Ilangamuwa
Appearing,
As a guardian
As a man who can be trusted
As a man with whom can be shared your sorrows & agony
As an expert on everything
As a doctor when you are sick
As a friend when you are lost
List is going on and on and on …
Finally
As an icon of Universal Truth
But in reality,
Asks others to do what you've denied to do
Talks about what you never did in practically
Turns people against each other
Divides, then controls
Schemes to secure your position
Using opportunities to show arbitrariness
But you talks lengthy on,
Freedom
Fairness
Justice
Transparency
Ant-corruption
Violence against women
Human Rights
Universal truth
List is going on and on and on …
At large Human Mechanism in the social contrast
But you think,
Others are fool
Can fool others by using another fool
You know everything
Others are subjects
Do as I say not as I do
Wow … Hypocrite,
You've met similar hypocrites
They will do what exactly you've done
Game of survival
Scheming for power
Scratching each other's
But…Hypocrite,
Nothing will be hidden forever
You are on the knife edge
Time will come
For greater realization
However hypocrite,
You will win
You will claim the victory
Because you are hypocrites
That is the art of hypocrisy
Thank you …. Hypocrite,
You taught me who you really are
Let me …. Hypocrite,
Pause my mind wherever you are present
Awareness in deep silence
Perusing, to be value
Remember… Hypocrite,
I'm not a coward
And
I'm not a sucker
