Goodbye

anonymo magnifico

They held hands
While watching the
Crackling fire.
One of them
Was a crier;
The other a liar.
The poison pills
Had been mixed,
Their future
Was fixed.
The wine tasted
Sweet
As they shifted
In their seat.
The time was near,
They had no fear.
One final kiss
Left them in bliss.
