Gold has to go through fire prior is called gold

A leaf in severe cold; searching for some cover
Looks as it is looking for blanket to stop shiver
In unbearable cold; you can't live without cover
In sub-zero temperature; have to have some cover

Leaf doesn't want to solidify in freezing cold
Nothing wrong; it being old; fell down in cold
Still feels strong, possesses beauty of gold
Age doesn't count, have to be mentally bold

Bravo; despite that weak; want to have firm hold
How come we; being so young; courage has sold
Contemplate ways to count in young; not in old
Despite it old with dire sickness; want to be bold

It is in you, look into your conscious, and scold
There is enough courage; search; being bold
Take first step, will not disappoint in your mould
A good example; a baby prior walks; has to crawl

Take 1st step, make a move toward your goals
It'll not move in either way unless you be bold
Gold has to go through fire prior is called gold
This is the meaning of life; and purpose; sole
