Going Against The Devil's Vendetta

when you're one in a million
the odds are stacked against you
but i'll play the villain
if that makes you feel any better
cause i'm making a killing
out here on my own
but i'm not sure if god's willing
to go against the devil's vendetta

when you come out of a coma
in downtown oklahoma
i'll still be here waiting
and everything is for the taking
cause i'm breaking all the rules
that are just meant to be cruel
but i'm sure you'll agree with me
you don't want to become my enemy

when your sense of wonder
evaporates like vapor
just pick a number
cause you'll be just like them
the crack of thunder
wakes you out of it
before you're torn asunder
and lost forever
