Glimpse of eternity

It was real in my dream; I could say what I see
when my eyes dimmed to sleep, then I see what I saw
what i see that you dont see
I touched it, I felt it, beheld it before me
I would have never let go, but I couldn't go close.

It was bright, it was fine, it was beautiful...so devine
they were all gentle, so humble i tell you..
No feeble nor wrinkle, darkness or shadow
..I want to stay, don't let me go!
"No time to waste" as the angel says "No!"

Suddenly, it grew darkly dark
Like the darkest dark of darkness shadow
Wailing and cries of sorrow, clearly hopeless of tomorrow
It was hot, t'was rough, it was ugly, so horrifying
Take me! take me away! He who saves with no delay..

Then before me was a high throne, the highest I ever know
Like flames of fire was it's pure gold
With bright light shining heavily
Mocking the sun of it's proud infiriority
Then a thoundering voice proclaimed..
"My child, Choose!"
