Fundamental Dream

Her inner quiet child lives for love.
Dancing tiny circles
love is there.
spilling dappled sunlight laughter
Butterflies sing
She dances after
to catch a dream...
She dreams of love.
There she stays and there she plays
with treasures in her memory
Games with princes and with thieves.
She likes to dream...
that someone elses love is always there

With both feet in the ocean
of her deep and strong emotion
her smiles are sometimes taken by the storm
And it's all because
she lives for love
So the laughing little girl
can have her dream

If I could take her hands
my boy inside this man
dancing splnnlng laughing
in her sea
She would understand
the ocean that I am
and know that little boy is really me
Chasing dreams like butterflies
hoping just to find
her feet in the water next to mine
