friendly heros

The rain pouring down now.
unable to move.
unable to see.
horrendous ringing in my ear,
with pure silence.
The blood gushing everywhere,
the missiles soaring in the air.
screaming for help,
but hearing no reply.
Gasping my last breath,
knowing I'll die.
Suddenly lifted off the ground,
with friends all around.
"You'll be fine" they say.
Now I'll live another day.
