Frequent Flyer

Chop me up a chubby skyline
or I might miss my flight
Always sure to be delicate
rollin' with my lady in white
T-Minus ten seconds and countin'
High as a kite strung out from the top of a mountain
Again I set out gliding too close to the sun
When the wings of ecstasy melt away
I'm still tickled pink and tail-spun
I just don't come crashing down
I plummet to the earth
Faster than the speed of sound
I got landing gear from there to here
Re-entering the atmosphere
Pillowy clouds like mushroom caps
to soften the blow of the sudden impact
The nosebleed seats ejected me
Careening like an air-bourne banshee
My brain is bursting, mind is bending
The added pressure of descending
I'm losing altitude and losing my cool
This calls for an emergency re-fuel
Nearly-missed mid-air collision
Chain reaction fusing fission
Huffin' oxy with the high-jacked captain
Depressurize the passenger's cabin
Pull the ripcord and unfurl the chute
Miscalculate the mark and overshoot
