Forever and a year

Its been forever and a year
Since I could last recall
The times I felt my best
And I could still walk tall
Beneath this sheltered pain
Ive lost touch with myself
I try to call out to anyone
But no one wants to help
So Ill hide it once again
Ill keep it all inside
And no one knows the pain I'm in
Ill keep it till I've died
