Flip flop on the hip hop

feelin' the rhythm and the thump of the beat
on the way to heaven in presence of the heat
body swayin' as the head bobs, fingers pop
the mind reels until the music comes to a stop

lookin' at the beauty, fills the mind above
you can't stop the motor, it runs on for love
the meat of the concept is a dream within a dream
findin' the diminished chords are in major repair

you never, ever misunderstand the words i say
the meanin' of the phrases are pure eloquence
the love of angels looks and flows like that, intense

you wandered and i found you in the middle of the city
from nowhere, the lead came from the gold
digressing to the bottom of the sea cove

lust for gold and the need of your soul
transfers the feeling from man to woman
coming into the unknown with lights and fire out
