Flame!

Smoldering, insentient heat
Burning, blazing orange coal under feet
A heart skipping to an unheard beat
Mixing, entwining, twirling in sheets
Cheek to cheek, flesh mixed with sticky
Body heat!
A mind trying but finding it so hard to speak
Red, pulsating, fiery hot
Brown thigh to brown thigh the right spot!
A sound on the wind, a sudden stop
Racking spasms an insatiable spot!
Matter to matter a great play
Blues to jazz on the same day
A satisfaction so profound I can only say
Flame!

Poetry is what makes me whole and keeps me sane all at the same time. You are born a poet, a storyteller, it is a part of what you are, a great gift from God. You can be taught to put words on paper, only those with a poet's Soul can make you feel those words deeply! I hope all of you feel me. :-) more…
