Fifth Dimension

Black clouds from gold dust and tears
animate features hail from the heavens
white horses with wings
the supernatural combing natural habitat
T-minus three, two, one--- rocketman...
Godspeed for a divine journey
unobserved complexion in the midst
flying into Him with joyful alarm
observance of flanked angels
suddenly, submerged in a flood of light
light that bears no description
hands reaching forward to the very tips
paralyzed in an unconfined tunnel
so peaceful here--- never wanting to leave
no readiness to stay--- converted direction
eyes wide open--- hands reached forward
resting on white sheets
confusion--- the propulsive force still there
melancholy did not go unnoticed
with faith to wake the dead
