Father of Fur Babies

Daddy,
Thank you for throwing my tin balls
Long after it has driven you up the walls
And loving me even when I'm silly
Love you forever-Tilly

Daddy,
Thank you for talking to me
Even when I'm super whiny
Sharing your spicy food and cayenne
Love you forever-Batman

Daddy,
Thank you for all you kindness
And being patient with my shy blindness
Understanding who I am within
Love you forever-Anneberlin

Daddy,
Thank you for rescuing me
Despite already having three
And allowing me to steal momma

Love you forever- Arya

My writing is a way for things to flow out of me that I didn't even know was within me. By sharing it with all the other poets out there I can rebuild my strength in myself. I can free my soul and let it soar in the stars. Let the wind rip me free of the being that carries my emotions. Poetry is my heart beat. more…
