Farmers of Hope

So many people
Wthout hope
Their  families
Hanging by a rope

Why they hunger?
Fed by anger
Envy comes as no stranger
Freshly spun out of the manger
Why some have ?
Others not
Are we not children of one God?
What have we done?
To deserve such fate
Brothers & Sisters awaken it is not too late
The day is here  no time to hesitate
The weak shall inherit the world
Forgiving  those that remain  out in the cold
Blind ,forgotten, cripled cannot stand  or  hold
Start sharing a meal is no big deal
Listen to your heart
Begin to  live! Begin to feel!

Are all children  not  made to laugh?
They are all special in God's eyes
For their sake
Make no mistake
Save this world from your  disgrace

Treat each life as yours  the  same
Ask what  little value possessions
Hold?
When it is said
Death treats us all the same
Spend each miserable day
Thinking of self
When there is only certainty in death
Greed won't buy an extra breath

Give a hand up for an other
The life you save may be your brother
Together we have a  chance
Let's  make a worthy stand
Pray that more  understand
That devil amongst us is ignorance
On the march
Raise against their armies  let's join arms
Turn your  cities towns into  farms
The devil's hunger will cease once and for all
He will be defeated  and forced to fall

Place your faith
Upon  this patch of land
Plant your seeds
They will grow across the sands
Harvest time join hands
There is food of plenty across
each land

Move over there is
Plenty of room for glory
Let it  rain let it shine
Show Him we are worthy!
To save all farmers
Reborn as His Army
Standing brave
Rejoicing His name

Palace Keeper

Hungarian Born. As a child lived through the revolution and fortunate to find freedom in the West.Educated in Montreal Canada . Sir Georges Williams University.Moved to Florida and became an American Citizen.Enjoy all kind of sports. Try to stay healthy and in good shape.I love women who are smart and can take care of themselves.Somewhat a loner . Don't like parties or crowds. Like big cities to visit but not to live in. I should of been a farmer for I like hard work and enjoy building with my hands. Love all sorts of animals for they are honest. They either like you or hate you. I guess that is the way I am with people.Hot or cold. Not luke warm. I never stay in company of people that bore me. I guess I am weird that way. I took up writing as my dad was dying with cancer.I find it as a good release. Not really happy about commenting about other peoples poems. I enjoy reading them and always wonder what made them start writing. I don't want to be judgmental or the reason for why they stopped. We all could use each others encouragement.Thank you for visiting with me. more…
