Fall, no more summer

autumn leaves are now falling
and the north wind is calling
the colors like fuel from a rocket
reminds us of our old cat crockett
with sadness we see summer go
butafterwinter comes we know
but for now we will kick leaves and laugh
and through rain storms and puddles we'll
splash!!!!!!!!!!!
