Eye To Eye And Hand In Hand

Although we don't eat humble pie
we can maintain command
and find a promised land.
Although we don't see eye to eye we can walk hand in hand.
Although we don't feel cut-and-dry
we can maintain command
and join a rhythm band.
Although we don't see eye to eye we can walk hand in hand.
Although we don't brag sunny sky
we can maintain command
and play a parlor grand.
Although we don't see eye to eye we can walk hand in hand.
Although we don't recognize why
we can maintain command
and build castles of sand.
Although we don't see eye to eye we can walk hand in hand.
Although we don't like a goodbye
we can maintain command
and live a life that's grand.
Although we don't see eye to eye we can walk hand in hand.
