essence

david holmberg

back and forth
over and over
born every morning
die every night
two open
and one ajar -
the wave between
day and night

moon in my eye
burning
vespertine
stands alone
like a wild animal
in silence

crackling force
leak out
focused and broken up
an infinite spring
veiled in mist

abandoned construction sites
scattered in the desert
growing oases
alive
the sky burns,
crying, warm

in the bright sun rays,
in the rains cold comfort
and the hail storms wrath
I am one of many thousands -
one and the same

I'm a Swedish artist with many fields of interest.My poems are often about spirituality, philosophy, love, emotions and sometimes they are even a tad nonsensical :)I have a history of depression and alot of reflection about my self, conciousness and the world. I am introverted, honest and love to delve into the different realms of art and spirituality!My poetry is very personal and I never try to mimic any other poets.While I haven't explored the stilistical forms of poetry so much I try to work with expression and painting a picture, try to keep it as free as possible.
