Entangling thoughts

So entangled are my thoughts,
Hard to keep away,
Like squeezing a pumpkin inside a pot.

I want to preserve those ties,
To taste the past i wait.
But erupting inside my mind are your lies.

I struggle with'em each night,
I believe you'll come to my rescue.
But why always you are out of sight?

That little lamp deep inside my soul,
On the verge of extinguishing.
It's time that you play your role.

Surrounded by diversity,surrounded by chatter
But still am alone,
Like a single delicacy served on a platter.

I have no job.
I am useless, I am worthless
Waiting for someone to turn the knob.

My dreams are shedding,My thoughts wander.
Its still not Autumn.
But to the old days I Ponder.

Your face from which i try to abstain.
Its dere in my eyes,
From all the sweet reflection I intend to refrain.

I request the almighty for peace.
I hope he is litsening.
I want to get back to my ease.

Parth Bajpai

I am not a writer, I am not a Poet. Who I am is someone who tries to pen down his thoughts in the best possible way that makes sense to people and provides me with satisfaction. I am not a philosopher, whatever I write down is based on happening in my own life. more…
