English Rose

With a wide-eyed sparkled kiss of freedom
I sweep the scent of you into cool smiles,
such a delight to the senses with swirls
of passionate colour - sweet English Rose,
you make the sky swerve through my spirit's light.
Petal moans escape and travel soft locks;
such fine-lined strands of beautiful motion,
melodies of pure strength wildly careen
into the rhythmical essence of love ~
all I can do in these moments is sigh
while the heavens explode into magic.

Perfumed fancy catches a peaceful wind
as breezes within invisible folds
slip tears of joy past welcome promises,
and a complex bloom of satisfaction
unfurls relaxation in your presence,
time's mystery is solved as eyes flutter,
inside this garden of hidden treasures
where I walk with quiet steps of purpose
your wonder shines as bright as any sun.
