Dreamcatcher

Let me be your dreamcatcher,
let me follow through,
floating in your thoughts,
for you, I will sooth.

lay down, eyes shut to the world.
I wil make sure everythings right,
drift off into the night,
I will protect until sunlight.

Free yourself of unbroken thoughts,
your dreams, they taught,
drfeamcatcher, anybad is caught,
ciomfort, is what's brought.

Get tangles in the web,
unbroken ties of the past,
vivid hauntings you may have,
any battles, will no longer last.

Leave there in the dreamcatcher,
let only positive pass through,
sleep peacefully tonight,
dreamcatcher, be with you.

Holly Szurczynski

Alot of my poems are about my past,what I've been through or what I may be focusing on. One of my close friends inspired me to write. He said for as much as I told him, I should put into poems. I'm glad I did.I never realized how much I was keeping inside until I started writing, wow, so much comes out. more…
