Down by the Sea

May we meet again,
Down by the sea,
Where the sun was shining,
On you and me.

We bathed in light,
And simplistic bliss,
As I gazed at you,
While we exchanged a kiss.

The water was cool,
As the waves came and went,
Hours and hours went by,
Worthwhile each were spent.

But now I must go,
So don't you fret,
I'll see you down by the sea,
Where we first met.
