Don't Push.

Don't push yourself train wise and well,
Read your body it has much to tell,
Know your workings listen to your heart,
Check with doctors before you start.

When middle aged you are at risk,
Entering many sessions where effort is brisk,
Then when progressing that's the time,
Stress and activity can give you a sign.

Even the fittest often fail to see,
What is required through a doctor's fee,
Maybe a visit could save your life,
And later keep you free from strife.

The puddings proof is in the eating,
Perhaps a concern may be fleeting,
Check it out that body is yours,
He who acts is the one who scores.
About this poem;-

but died quickly. What was the cause and had

he an warnings previously, at this stage we don't know.
