Do Not Knock On My Door

Do not knock on my door.
You have a key. Use it when you come...
When everything there is,
Is all the reason for me to leave Home,
Where your name--just the mere sound of it,
Is as horrifyingly morbid as cancer, and as
Repulsively putrid as a rotten piece of meat.

This moment in time, I am not ready.
So keep your key in your shirt pocket.
Do not come to me...just yet. If I may suggest...

Go to where you are a panacea
To people who have lost all their hold of both
Physical and mental faculties,
That they are dying to have the pleasure
Of your expected visit.

Go to where you are a sentence ending with
A period (because it is complete and correct),
Not a fragment ending with an ellipsis.
