Dixieland Moon Revisitted

Moons gonna shine on
stretchin accross the plain
Moons gonna shine on
stretchin cross again
Evry time the night gets creepin
ooh, the moons shinin over me

My mind went down to Dixieland
tried to lay its claim
Saw them ladies lend a hand
but it was all the same
When those quiet hours get leavin
still the moon shines over me

Well my shoes gone kick around
and etch accross the plain
Gone be kickin up the sand
stirrin up the grains
When those shadows start to take me
ooh, the moon shines all on me
