Dein Verschwinden

Hazardous and headstrong,
Obligated to spread your wings,
Casting your shadow over the whole Earth,
Your decline, unforeseen, yet unavoidable.

You’ll never touch the Sun,
Even wings made of steel will melt,
Blinding flares setting your feathers ablaze,
Exacerbating your inevitable fall.

Forging your destiny,
You create this well-oiled machine,
The fuel you burn only feeds your demise,
Propelling you into the perdition you made.
