I feel like a stormy sea
And want to wet my burning body
With cool waves
I need to calm my emotions
With the mild wind
To feel grounded to the Earth
Under my feet
The sunshine to clear my thoughts
To feel energy flowing
And my vitality growing
Like the plans need oxygen
I need to breathe again
To walk on the mountains
And get more understanding
