A child mesmerized
The stars in the sky
Filled with teardrops
Aching body now
Pain and suffering
Hurting deep inside
Running from evil
That tore my flesh
And burned within
The evil touch
Like leathery skin
Stabbing no more
Crushed one's skull
Ran towards darkness
Escaping the hold
The cage broken
The prey now free
Alive once again
Safe from its grasp
Once more for destiny
