Cross my heart

I can feel a dent,
In the atmosphere when where in the room,
A familiar scent,
From your Victoria Secrets' perfume,
Don't know what you meant,
When you told me you wont pick up and go,
When I told you then,
Yo queide viver mi vida contigo,
And I don't wanna love again,
Try to make pretend,
That I don't think of you,
When every memory,
Is always next to me,
Then reality hits, "we're through",
You told me you wouldn't leave,
Was I naive,
When you were only being nice,
If love is a test,
Then I tried my best,
But I f*ck*n failed that sh*t twice,

So I cross my heart and I hope to die,
That this'll be the last time that I say goodbye,
Say that Roses are red and violets are blue,
So if Romeo's dead it's because of you,

Maybe it was me,
Tried to be your type to be suitable,
Maybe it was me,
Constantly telling you you're beautiful,
Maybe it was me,
Way too shy to talk to cute girls usually,
Or maybe it was you,
For runnning away instead of working it through,
You said that I'd be your friend,
Till the very end,
But you barely even look my way,
Everything that we did and said,
Is stuck in my head,
And I think about it every day,
I thought that I could believe,
You would never leave,
But you were only being nice,
So if love is a test,
I didn't cheat like the rest,
But I still failed and payed the price

So I cross my heart and I hope to die,
That this'll be the last time that I say goodbye,
Say that roses are red and violet are blue,
But if Romeo's dead it's because of you....
