Collision Course

I'm on a collision course with myself.
I'm haunted by my inner demons.
There is no regress from my internal oppression
There is a civil soul war raging inside of me.
A battle for my eternal resting place.
I'm on a collision course with myself.
My whole life I have been denied.
My whole life I have been deprived.
My life is a nightmare that reality contrived.
My soul is crying.
I'm on a collision course with myself.
Life has pierced my heart
Life is tearing my soul apart
Life is my spirit's torment
From my self destruction there is no recourse.
I'm on a collision course with myself
My past, present, and future are all about to collide.
All my hopes, fears, dreams, and nightmares are at war.
Childhood dreams battle an adult's destiny.
I'm on a collision course with myself.
