Chinese Year Of The Pig, 2007

In Chinese astrology a pig is really smart.
It signifies honesty and fortitude of heart.

A pig is never "hoggish" like taking others' share.
A pig is never doggish like taking on false air.

A pig is not "pigheaded" like any stubborn mule.
A pig is not embedded with every kind of fool.

A pig is never "piggish" like in slovenly greed.
A pig is never priggish like an obnoxious deed.

A pig won't eat to "pig out" like people at buffets.
A pig won't lie to make out like many sham displays.

In Chinese society a pig is symbol gold.
It earns notoriety in fables ages old.
