Childhood Memories and Melancholy Dreams

Painted dolls with porcelain wings
Clockwork hearts and childhood things
Stuck in thy Absent Memory
As my father use to say to me
"You Pathetic soul your life is wasted"
For the life I lead is not the life you've tasted
For I am just a harlequin melancholy mess
As you dress to impress while your life's in distress
Stay steadfast tin soldier for your living has just begun
As harpsichord angles sing songs of the forgotten
So bury me in black and red for love and revolution
For all my ambitions I shall bleed this constitution
Leave me here in this field of masquerade dreams
Hide behind the mask to leave behind all the schemes
Don't cry for me for I'm not worth thy tears
A toast to the dammed and the broken
For this is are year.

Israel Landon Datchery

I am just a ordinary boy stuck in a world of sickness and despair. my rhymes focus mostly on past as well as dreams or you may call them nightmares. I delight myself in the dark and my poetry keeps me sane. taking a poet from is poetry you might as well have stolen his name. my heart bleed on those rhymes and they sometime remind me of when I was a child with innocence I couldn't defend. crucified for my self loathing and I ask you can you blame be when hurt is all you know that becomes you and all that you expect. so do read up and comment a will indulge yourself into the unusual mind of Israel Landon Datchery o_Q more…
