Child soldier

If I should die
The earth that knows only of death
Think only this of me
There's some corner of foreign fields
Inscribed on a plain stone
With date pointing out the spot
Upon the earth is my stain
Everywhere corrupts the heart of men
Shall from the sum that shines
Find peace; the greatest rest
In fullness after death
