Change

Kerri Hutchins 1978 (Georgia)

fears of unknown things to be
tears that swell inside of me
change comes despite my fights
days of thought with sleepless nights
pain unfelt emotions undelt
softness inside waiting to melt
beauty in vain enemy in the brain
repeated mistakes verify me insane
prison within does freedom not ring
for every cold winter is fallowed by spring
options displayed desicions not made
nothing stays same all that is must change
