Catrina - the dead doll

Hot day
Sick sun
Melting candles cover your body
Freezing wax keeps you numb with a crust

Sticky day
Static sun
Wandering shell,
Elaborately dressing your Catrina under the pinned sun

Dark day
Faint sun
Catrina gazes at you with a bitter smile like a diva
And you..eternally yearning for a shiny night..or even dark..

...There's always more to lose in a dark day than in a dark night......

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Catrina dolls are skeleton dolls with beautiful artistic clothes. Their role in my poem is completely symbolic, the poem was not even inspired by them.
