Beg to Differ

Father,
I've lost my honor
Don't bother
with the donation
Let them see
my true manifestation

It's in the way
you want me to fall
the honesty in your laugh
guess I'm the sociopath
after all

It's in the way you look at me
when my head is turned
you taught me nothing
and hate me
for what I've learned

you can't solve everything with
a prescription or a pep talk
it's the lack of faith
that lets me know
I'll never live up

Shoot him!
stop him from shooting himself
Drug him!
secure his mental health
Bind him!
let him know what it means
to be free
Strip him down!
his embarassment
for all to see...
