At Heaven's Gate.
Heaven's gate:
It's so great and huge,
Leading into a state
Where souls find eternal refuge.
The gate of heaven,
Ridden with pearly crystals
Of golden haven
Allows no stained mortals.
Angels keep guard,
Waiting for mile-end saints,
Who are hopefully clad
While running where others faint.
Some come with garments kept clean;
Smiles, and streams of joy
The world had neither smelt nor seen,
Brightly lit without human ploy.
To these saints in white,
The angels had smiled back
And ushered into the light
From God's glorious sparks.
Others in spotted garments
Came with same hopeful smiles,
But were told in verbal torments
That they had ran the wrong miles.
'What; why?' they yelled,
But the angel smiled pitifully,
And had the truth spelled
That in hell they must face fury.
At heaven's gate,
Where angels constantly wait,
Shall naught that God hate
Ride pass to enjoy good fate.
