Angels & Demons

A demon – nature's mistake.
Monstrosity with tainted heart.
Was born to cause a smarting ache
Making a foe get torn apart.

Eternal enemy of his – an angel.
Innocent, blissful, pure creature.
Immortal, living in the Heaven, ranger
That finds abode in a man as feature.

This is a battle, epic fight.
Blood's being spilled and colors ground –
Enormous deathbed that gives rise to fright
Comparable to sense of flying over profound.

Malicious demon wallows in lustful hate,
His body flames with burning heat.
But what if he is not so bad, just fate
Made him adopt assassin's creed.

He's missionary of  dark power
That sows chaos far and wide.
His only protection is a glower
In order to conceal the vulnerable side.

Soft-hearted angel's under pressure
And hides himself behind the wings.
He looks into the demon's eyes full of dark pleasure.
They wither helpless being in a blink.

Sudden disdain awakens after slumber:
The angel's ready for attack.
He uses weird inner blackness as a harbor,
Erases demon's smile forcing his lips to quake.

Good versus evil, it's a war.
There is no end for these two clans.
God might depict that in his holy memoirs
As the antagonists continue their mortal dance.
