Livid, but resigned fully (her countenance
In glowing dress of white--in my mind), I shot back,
"Don't you--folks just play harp music?
I hate harp music!"
I begged to take a book (The Bible) and this one thing,
I don't go anywhere--ever without:
A picture of my wife and children.
And there was silence...
Long and deafening!
I signed out (a.m.a.) and told my wife to take me home.
