An Acrobat

An Acrobat

 I appreciate your skill
Strong is your will
To eat your own fill
Perform you with a great thrill

With daily hope
 On tied tight rope
 You seek balance
 Your life also you balance

 Crossed bamboo sticks
 Give support to rope tight
 To pull on life
 Your daily balanced fight

From one end to the other
 Your sensational feat
All this you do braving hot sun
 To make both ends meet

You are an acrobat
On rope you are an aristocrat
 On ground you gnaw life
Like a hungry anxious rat
