Pain slow to mature
Knowledge hard to endure
Wisdom hides
Fear is bold
Loneliness
to have and hold

Happiness

Abrasions left on my heart
Hope dies.

Emotions raw
Bitterness
Like alcohol
Emptiness, hello again
Come greet me, your old friend
Rejection gloats
Affection dead
Tenderness
Where is your bed?
Reality smacks with questions now
