Myopic the exigencies,
A "synthetic god" created; magnificent awe truncated;
All the wonders desecrated
From blades of grass to galaxies

Excoriate self to appease
Dissuading God's "jealous tirade;" seeking coddle with favored aid
Pleading supplications are made
Triumphant success if they please

A God many worship and fear
Conceived by the limited mind, as small as their internal find
With projected "traits of mankind"
The reductionism is clear

Enough to repel and appall
Some expect God to choose their side against those they wish to deride
In God we consist and abide
This Source is the "All And In All"
