A snap shot of a girl whose love left her

She lies her window seat a cove
blinking only with the stars
a silhouette in sky light
why? an aching sob
her recall a supersonic engine
no corner unturned
echoes of his promises
distant and clear
swallowing up in soundlessness
her extremities held at sheer point
movement the flight of her butterfly wings
pushing agianst salty waterfalls
duration echoes of a cuckpp bird
breath is lifeless
thump thump her vital organ
mid pump it sketches--still no call
together with the sun break
her bridges collapse
lingering is the desperateness
she showers in her pain
