A living hell

While it started out innocent enough.
The end result is kind of tough.
It has become quite the balancing act.
To keep things calm it takes quite a bit of tact.
I have no idea just how things changed.
Nor when exactly his emotions rearranged.
When did we go from here to there?
It just leaves me baffled, of this I do swear.
I thought I was crazy, but it turns out I'm not.
Because he finally admitted that he likes me a lot.
Just what this all means, I really don't know.
I really just feel like it's part of a show.
Not to be trusted, of that I am sure.
How about his own feelings and are they impure.
Only time will tell, of this I know well.
However, until then, I'm living in hell.
