A Heart's Dilemma

It is not a melodic tone
So it needs no rhythm
A heart like thirsty cement
That is better left dry as dust
Water will turn it tough like stone
And you will have over it no control

At times it's a patch of dirt
It looks bland and of no use at first
It awaits for the blue sky to mourn
And absorbs its every tear of hope
And it surprises with a blossoming birth.

But at times The heart is drifting sand
Even if it is contained by waves of sea
It will remain still until they back away
And allows the wind to set it free

Also it can be like bitter salt
It Deceives with its sparkles the eye
In water it dissolves as it can't bare
The agony and the invisible hope
Of the burning drops of despair
