Set out at dawn
The distance is far
Wasted and wild
Did I hear you write?
Till anger is appeased
Sleeping coldly on the brows
To go in peace more contact still
Across the roaring sea
Gathering new colours
With mandate to soar
To read for nations and their works
As much never seen
More contact still
We will go in peace
Leaving behind the ashes and dust
