"From Up Above".

p*ss there any better gift, than true love?
Can anyone beat God's love, from above?
Cradling us lovingly, on the wings of a dove.
He never is unkind, bullies, or gives us a shove.

In his grace, we are forever, to remain.
He never looks at us with disgust or disdain.
He created us after his image, we will never be plain.
He gave all that he had, so that eternity we could obtain.

To me that is true love, his everlasting gift.
To be able to repair ourselves, from our giant rift.
To finally know our self worth, and climb off that cliff.
Mirroring our image like his, to support others, and uplift.

To lead lives, that we should have all along.
To learn about his love, and know that we belong.
To know that he forgives us, for all that we've done wrong.
To understand, we will have bad days, but he will keep us strong.

To me, God has shown us, what true love is all about.
We no longer have to just sit and be sad, forever to pout.
So that we can live life carefree, without a shadow of a doubt.
To show kindness and true love to others, to let our true feelings out.
