Late Night Thoughts

Afraid to grow old
But not afraid to die
Why is that
Heartaching pain
That never ends
Yet you dont have power to change
Hoping one day it would fade away
Or wish that you would fade away instead
Afraid to meet your maker
But not afraid to die
Hoping he would bring you home
But not yet
Your not sure if you're ready
But staying isn't an option.
Where is home anyway ?
Heaven or hell
Anxiety
Is your worst enemy
Breaking down your self esteem
I ask myself
"Am I even worth it"
"Am I Broken"
And the list goes on
Scared of growing old
But not afraid to die
