Depression And  Disappointment

This poem explains in a unique way how I feel empty inside.

This dark and dead pit
which is called my heart
has four empty caverns
that drip with depression  and disappointment
Depression fills me
like a glass
right to the top
until it overflows
Disappointment sneaks  up behind me
and stabs me in the back
thousands of tiny knives
determined to destroy me.
