I don't wanna find the key

Arpan Dey 2004 (West Bengal)

A closed door confronts me
But I don't have the key
To go beyond the door.
And I don't wanna find the key.

Oh, what the hell is there
Behind the door?
The coward that I am
I don't wanna find out more.

It could be something great
Or something I can't take,
Oh, please let the door remain shut
For goodness' sake.

A closed door confronts me.
But I don't have the key
To go beyond the door.
And I don't wanna find the key.

I wish I could see beforehand
What I'd find if I open the door.
But what if I regret it?
No no, I don't wanna explore.

Yeah, I am very curious
About what's there behind the door.
But all the same,
Let the door remain shut forevermore.

A closed door confronts me.
But I don't have the key
To go beyond the door.
And I don't wanna find the key.
