Fair Weather

Fair Weather

Somehow, my deepest secrets get broadcast.
My unanswered questions just go unasked.

I surrender to my Savior, an iconoclast,
Looking out in wonder at galaxy so vast.

He sets aside my illusive, shadowy, past,
As night falls, covert, deep and fast.

Heirs to His kingdom ponder springtime contrast,
Disregarding their own sinful lowly caste.

In resignation I marvel at beauty which lasts.
Euphoric spring overrules each chilly blast!
